Hotels are the most expensive accommodation option and the most centrally located literally adjacent to the lifts, less than a minutes walk or with ski in/ski out access. We have a choice of several hotels in the 3.5-4.5 star standard.
Hilton Niseko Village (Hotel)

Hotel Niseko Alpen (Hotel)
Walk to Ace Quad Lift: 1 Minute
Rating: 4 Star
The Alpen Hotel is one of the best in Niseko with a prime location 50 metres from the Ace Quad Lift and the only indoor swimming pool in Hirafu. While most rooms are Western style, Japanese rooms can be requested for larger groups or families. Facilities include: ski storage area, great souvenir shop, restaurant, coin laundry, karaoke lounge and lap pool with spas and steam rooms. Wireless internet access is available in the lobby area and Cowbell Lounge.
Niseko Park Hotel (Hotel)
Ski down to Ace Family Pair Lift: 1 Minute
Rating: 4 Star
The Park Hotel is arguably the nicest hotel in Niseko. The decor and atmosphere has an old English feel about it. The hotel was refurbished just in time for the 2003 season. A new onsen has been built on the premises in the new wing of the building. The Park Hotel is a step above most other accommodation options and is totally different to anything else in Niseko Hirafu. A hot buffet Breakfast (choice of western or Japanese style) is included in the nightly accommodation rate.
Rooms are spacious and have lovely quite modern decor. There is a choice of Western or Japanese style rooms.
Other features are a magnificent common lounge with open fire. The Park is on the main street right next door to B's Cafe and Bang Bang restaurant. The rear of the building has ski out access to the Ace Family run, meaning it is almost as close to the slopes as you can get, but is lower in elevation than the Scot or J First hotels. This is an advantage since it is so close to the hub of the village and its nightlife, restaurants, souvenir shops, onsens and supermarket.
Hirafutei Prince Hotel (Hotel)
Ski down to Ace Family Pair Lift: 1 minute
Rating: 3.5 Star
The Hirafutei Prince Hotel is one of the largest hotels in Niseko. It is very popular with Japanese school groups, and is often difficult to book, but it offers great amenities and an onsen. The deluxe rooms come with private onsen for extra charge.
Most rooms in the Hirafutei are Japanese style, meaning thin futon mattresses on the floor. It is possible to book western style rooms however. These must be arranged in advance. If no preference is given, a Japanese style room usually be allocated. Rooms are modest in size. Deluxe rooms come in different sizes with combinations of Western and Japanese (family style) or simple Japanese only or western only style rooms with private balcony onsen. Some of these rooms have excellent views of the ski run.
The best feature of the Hirafutei is the onsen on the premises. This is Hirafu's most popular onsen and is free for guests to use. The public must pay 800 yen to use this onsen. It has great views over the Ace Family ski run.
The Hirafutei backs on to the Ace Family run, and it is quite simple to ski down from the back of the hotel to the chairlift, with a rear walkway from the ski room and dining area taking you directly to the slopes. It is also next door to the Niseko Alpine Apartments, Hirafu's most prestigious apartment development.
Niseko J-First Hotel (Hotel)
Map Reference: D12

Rating: 3.5 Star
The J-First is a small, intimate hotel located at the top of the villaget wo minutes walk from the King Lift # 1. It is one of only 2 hotels in Hirafu with an authentic onsen on the premises (free and for guest use only). Most rooms have fantastic views of either the Ski field or of Mt Yotei. Hotel Facilities include: authentic onsen (for guest use only), ski lockers, restaurant, coin laundry and Cafe/Lounge area. During the 2006 - 2007 Season, all packages at the J-First hotel include both breakfast and dinner.
Niseko Scot Hotel (Hotel)
Walk to King lift: 30 Seconds
Rating: 3 Star
The Scot Hotel sits at the top of the village in the only true ski/in ski/out location in the village. Wake up each morning to a large western breakfast, walk out your door, strap the skis on and in 10 seconds you are at the lift gates. A three star property with four restaurants, souvenir shops, ski minding and bar. A very civilised place to stay, but beware that the Scot is the most budget of the Hotels at the top of the village (rooms are small and decor quite dated) yet offers excellent value for money.
Niseko Kogen Hotel (Hotel)
Ski down to King Lift: 1 Minute
Rating: 3 Star
The Kogen sits high in the village and rivals the Scot as the best location of any hotel in Niseko. Despite its plain exterior the Kogen surpasses the Scot in style with nicer interior decor. The Kogen is a popular hotel, in a great position with ski-in access and the bus pickup/drop off station at the doorstep. Complete with the Kogen Restaurant for guests to enjoy, as well as a popular Yakiniku restaurant in the building (Korean BBQ style). The foyer features an attractive sitting area/cafe for guests to unwind and relax, with great views of the ski mountain. Rooms have western beds and some superior rooms have a traditional Japanese sitting area. Offers true comfort with an authentic experience. The room also contains a mini bar fridge, TV and tea making.
The Kogen is the flagship hotel of the Tokyu company, owners of Niseko Hirafu ski resort. As such it offers great facilities and a prime position with ski in/ski out access down to the gondola.
