The 9th annual Malaysia Mega Sale Carnival will run for 59 days from 5 July to 1 September 2008. Shopping precincts in the Klang Valley, Penang, Johor Bahru and Miri are all in their final stages of preparation for this mega sales season. A Director of Tourism Malaysia, says if not for anything else, the popular sales carnival in Malaysia is definitely worth making a trip.

“Malaysian sales are well known for their generous discounts, especially on famous international brands including Topshop, Zara, Saba, G2000, Next, Raoul, Guess, and even the luxury names Gucci, Armani, D&G, Jimmy Choos and many others.

“The atmosphere in KL, especially in malls such as the Pavilion, Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and Starhill Gallery in Bukit Bintang; as well as that of those in the city outskirts such as Mid Valley, Sunway and 1 Utama will be an extremely vibrant and festive one.
